When I look back at this year, I picture myself running, jumping, panting, pushing, making more than the 60 seconds of distance run, all this to enter the forbidden city before it closes its gates again. The wonder that proves true to its name.
This day has marked the highlight of 2018 for me, the day when I climbed the Great Wall, rushed through the picturesque Ming Tombs (my favorite), entered the forbidden city (after the maddening run, Of course!) and said Hello to China in so many different ways.
