Ignorance was Bliss!

Those days when my core beliefs get shaken. When I start questioning the laws of nature. When I start re looking for the meaning of life. When reality hits home and hard. And all my imagination comes crushing down.

Those days when it feels that ignorance was bliss. So much bliss, and now that it's gone, I will be tainted for life. But was I even right?

Who decides right or wrong? The one or no one. Or maybe the jury is also bygone.

As I suffer from this Judas kiss, I wish I could return to those ignorant days of bliss!

Musings from Sunday Reading

Perhaps it is true that, for all the evidence of the mirror, one pictures oneself in some deep niche of the mind as forever eighteen.

Coz life is full of surprises! :D

Because life is full of unexpected surprises
Because nothing comes easy
Because nothing is impossible
Because in the end, it will all even out
And because dreams do come true!

Cincinnati and Washington DC, I loved you both!
Hope we meet soon again and for a much longer time :)

China Chimes #latepost

When I look back at this year, I picture myself running, jumping, panting, pushing, making more than the 60 seconds of distance run, all this to enter the forbidden city before it closes its gates again. The wonder that proves true to its name.

This day has marked the highlight of 2018 for me, the day when I climbed the Great Wall, rushed through the picturesque Ming Tombs (my favorite), entered the forbidden city (after the maddening run, Of course!) and said Hello to China in so many different ways.

One the best and most adventurous trips ever!
